Kohima, October 27: The two-day Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighting event called x1 championship presented by 3E Nagaland as part of Combat Sports Festival 2018, in collaboration will X1 International and sanctioned by MMA India with Merchandise Partner USI Universal and Medical Partner Oking Hospital Kohima concluded on Saturday night.
Altogether 16 fighters representing various gyms from Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Assam and Chandigarh participated on the last day.
The main event as the last fight in light weight category between Manish Rawat of Kings MMA Chandigarh and Longtsukumba Ao of Combat Academy Dimapur was interesting.
Local fighter was winning in the first round but Rawat returned strong in second and then in the 3rd round the referee declared technical knock out against Ao in the 47th second.

The 2-day event was participated by 32 fighters from various parts of Northeast and other parts of the country.
