Dimapur, September 28: The Western Sümi Baptist Akukuhou Küqhakulu (WSBAK) has expressed deep sadness and pain at the death of former Minister Hewoto Awomi on September 28.
“Apart from being a tall leader among the Nagas and Sümis, he was an impeccable man with a big heart and most importantly he was a God fearing person. The Sümis and the Nagas as a whole have lost a great leader, a mentor and a father figure. The vacuum created by his demise will be difficult to fill”, read a message issued on Wednesday.
