Dimapur, May 11: The Nagaland Body Building & Fitness Association (NBBFA) conducted a workshop on basics of body building and nutrition at VDB Hall, P Khel, Kohima village on May 9.
In the programme, Dr Kevisilie Belho shared that physiotherapy is defined as the use of physical means to prevent injuries, to treat both injury and disease and to assist the process of rehabilitation by developing and restoring the function of the body. He also shared some of the benefits of physiotherapy.
Moalong, GFFI trainer said men’s physique competition has become a popular sport which has been newly introduced in body building competition. The competition aims at men who prefer to develop a less muscular, yet athletic and aesthetically pleasing physique. He shared about the different categories, rules and helpful tips to the participants.
Amit Sharma of Stamin millennium Nutraceuticals Pvt Ltd highlighted that Stamin supplements. The workshop concluded with feedbacks and discussion. (Page News Service)
