Wokha BS&GA house inaugurated

Dimapur, December 19: Wokha District Bharat Scouts & Guides Association (BS&GA) inaugurated its district house at the State Training Centre (STC) Nerhema on December 16.
Speaking as the special guest, Advisor, Horticulture & Border Affairs, Mhathung Yanthan congratulated the district BS&G led by president & DC Wokha for their efforts in coming up with the building and expressed optimism that taking advantage of the facility the district will produce many responsible citizens in the near future.
State Commissioner, BS&G Nagaland, Atuo Mezhur Sekhose stated that Wokha being the 7th to establish district house in the State Training Centre and is one of the biggest BS&G training centres in India. On the training courses, Atuo said that students are provided different training inputs to expose them to learn on life skills and leadership quality.
DC & president BS&GA Wokha Orenthung Lotha said Wokha BS&GA unit was established in the year 1990 and the present enrolment is 400 students from both Government and private schools.
