Dimapur, February 5: The Western Sumi Hoho (WSH) has appreciated Rupin Sharma (IPS), Director General of Police, and Kevithuto Sophie (IPS), Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, for their exceptional dedication and commitment.
The Western Sumi Hoho (WSH) expressed gratitude to Rupin Sharma, DGP, for his outstanding leadership and efforts in maintaining law and order in Nagaland, as well as implementing numerous reforms in the police department.
His steadfast endeavors have fostered a peaceful and secure environment across the state, ensuring the welfare of its people, the WSH stated in a press release.
“We are truly appreciative of his unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of the community. We are also proud to congratulate him on receiving the prestigious President’s Medal for distinguished service on the occasion of the 75th Republic Day, which is a testament to his unwavering commitment to his duties and the welfare of the community,” the WSH stated.
The Hoho also commended Commissioner of Police, Dimapur, for his effective management of taxation issues and successful efforts in combating the syndicate system in Dimapur. His proactive approach and strategic planning have made a significant impact in addressing these critical issues, it said and acknowledged him for his exemplary work.
The Hoho further expressed gratitude to the entire team for their hard work and dedication in upholding law and order in the state.
