Dimapur, July 5: Understanding the potential of Nagaland in producing one of the world’s finest coffee, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in collaboration with the Department of Planning & Coordination and Land Resources is organizing a webinar on “The Coffee Challenge” – Opportunities, Development and Production Planning in Nagaland” on July 7 at 11 am.
The webinar aims to create awareness on the potentiality and basic knowledge on coffee plantation and its market in Nagaland. The conclave is also to initiate creating a forum for coffee farmers where they can update themselves time to time, show ways and means to market their produce both nationally and internationally and to create awareness on quality product to be at par with international standards.
Expert panelists from different parts of India and abroad along with representative from Coffee Board of India are scheduled to take part in the webinar.
