Dimapur, December 7: Kiphire District launched Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra on December 7 at Kiphire village.
Addressing during the launching programme Block Nodal officer Kiphire, T. Sulanthung SDO (C), Kiphire said that the main purpose of the programme is to raise awareness through outreach activities to achieve the saturation of the schemes. The main focus of the campaign is about the benefits of various central sponsored schemes and also to reach out to the deserving beneficiaries who are eligible under the various schemes.
He said that the campaign will be covering all the villages under Kiphire District and urged the public to avail the schemes and those who are yet to get benefitted to participate and take this opportunity by availing the various schemes provided.
Later, recorded message of prime Minister and Sankalp (pledge) video of Viksit Bharat and demonstration of various central schemes were displayed during the campaign.
During the campaign on-spot services were also provided by various line departments agencies like PM Ujjwal registration, PMMVY registration, TB screening, Health camp, Bharat volunteers registration and Ayushman Bharat registration.
Zunheboto: Deputy Commissioner Rahul Bhanudas Mali, IAS flagged off the IEC van of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) at DC office on December 6.
Earlier, during the short flagging off programme the DC Zunheboto acknowledge all the officials involved in the launching of VBSY. He assured that through this launching in remote areas will be well informed about the available schemes. He also addressed the grievances that some people still fail to acquire Aadhaar card. He further expressed his happiness over the success story of the beneficiaries.
During the programme recorded message of the Prime Minister of India was played which was followed by Sankalp (pledge) video for Zunheboto Viksit Bharat. This was followed by Meri Kahani Meri Zubani. Successful experience by beneficiaries was shared by BDO Zunheboto, NRLM Zunheboto and Agriculture department.
The three villages namely Sukhalu, Natha old and Natha new were covered on the first day.
Mon: Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra was officially launched at multipurpose hall, Mon village on December 6 with Deputy Commissioner Mon Ajit Kumar Verma IAS as the special guest.
Addressing the gathering, the DC shared the intent of the Government of India to bring the flagship schemes to the doorstep of the beneficiaries. He added that similar campaign is being conducted throughout the state and the country. He urged the public to avail the opportunities from the services offered by the various line department present at the campaign.
The service available on the spot includes free medical camp by the Medical Department, registration of CMHIS Ayushmann Bharat, PM Ujjwala registration, KCC PM Kisan from SBI and Aahdaar enrolment.
