Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra held in Niuland, Longleng

Dimapur, January 17: Niuland district administration organised Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Niuland (Urban) at Niuland Clock Tower on January 15.
Special Guest, Deputy Commissioner Niuland, Sara S Jamir, highlighted various centrally-sponsored schemes and encouraged the people to come forward and avail the benefits.
Recorded message of the Prime Minister was played during the programme. Registration for schemes such as Ayushman Bharat/ Health Camp, Ujjawala 2.0, PM SVANidhi and PMJJBY/ PMSBY/APY were also conducted during the event.
Longleng Town Council (Urban) organized Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra at DC’s office junction, Longleng on January 15.
Deputy Commissioner Longleng, Dharam Raj, IAS, speaking as the special guest briefed the gathering of the schemes and projects, and said the aim of this program was to make the country a developed and self-reliant nation by 2047. He also encouraged the people to avail the benefit.
Hamara Sankalp Viksit Bharat is a nationwide campaign to raise awareness through outreach activities to achieve saturation of schemes of Govt of India across the country covering all Gram Panchayats Nagar Panchayats and Urban Local Bodies.
The campaign is being taken up by adopting a whole of government approach with active involvement of various Ministries/Departments of Goverment of India. State Governments Central Govt. Organizations and institutions to ensure the widest possible participation of all concerned for the benefit of Citizens of the country and to realize the vision of Viksit Bharat.
Hamara Sankalp Viksit Bharat pledge was administrated by Tongpang. The day long program included, Movie (Screening) & played the Recording Message of the Prime Minister.
On spot service included Health Camp, PMJAY registration, Ujjwala new enrolment (PMUY) and PM SvaNidhi. Beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat PM SvaNidhi and SHG (DAY-NULM) shared their success story at the program.
SDO (C), & District Nodal Officer, VBSY Shri. Meyazungba Jamir, NCS, delivered the welcome address and MIS, Longleng Town Council, Isaac P. Pongshi Keikung, chaired the program.
