Unlock 2: More relaxations from July 11

DIMAPUR, JULY 10: Nagaland Government has announced more relaxations of lockdown restrictions for the second phase of staggered unlock set to begin from July 11.

‘Unlock-2’ will be effective till July 17.
In a notification issued on Saturday, Chief Secretary J Alam informed that shops/business establishments dealing with all kind of goods/items/articles will be permitted to open from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Takeaways, home delivery and other e-Commerce services will be permitted to open/operate on all days.
Outdoor sport activities, other than competitions, will be permitted, subject to attendance of not more than 100 persons, and adherence of COVID-19 appropriate behaviour and all the applicable SOPs issued from time to time.
Long distance trains will be allowed to stop at Dimapur Railway Station. However, all inbound passengers should be asymptomatic and produce certificate of having completed their COVD-19 vaccination (both doses).

Inter-district movement is allowed subject to the person(s) being asymptomatic and having completed their COVID-19 vaccination (both doses), and subject to adherence to COVID-19 appropriate behaviours.
However, bus service, intra and inter-district taxi service and pillion riding on 2-wheeler will continue to remain suspended. (Page News Service)
