UCRC distributes food to frontline workers

Dimapur, June 11: Joining the fight against COVID-19, the Union Christian Revival Church (UCRC), New Market road in Kohima reached out to the frontline workers and distributed free food to the Covid-19 designated hospitals and also served tea & snacks to the police persons and volunteers on the roadside today.
The Church dropped the packed food to the medical teams, security personnel and Covid-19 positive patients who are in Covid-19 designated hospital at Naga Hospital Authority, Kohima and Ayush Hospital, Chedema.
UCRC Pastor Zhabu Gwirie appreciated all the frontline workers who are on Covid-19 duties on various assignments. Covid-19 pandemic has shaken the entire world and everyone is panic what would happen next. He however, encouraged the peoples not to panic, but to pray to God in faith.
He also appreciated the Churches who are positively responding and contributing their services during these pandemic times. He appealed to everyone to come together unitedly and pray to God for the betterment of humanity. (Page News Service)
