DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 7: Tuensang District Task Force for COVID-19 vaccine held a meeting at DC’s conference hall on February 6, under the chairmanship of DC, Kumar Ramnikant.
The District Immunization Officer informed that a total of 335 healthcare workers were vaccinated in 10 sessions and 9 more session will be conducted in the first phase.
She said that a total of 5052 frontline workers have registered for the second phase of vaccination. For the first round of second phase, employees of DC office, Police and Urban departments have been earmarked, she said.
The members also discussed the loopholes in the vaccination processes and the DC stressed on awareness campaigns in local platforms. (Page News Service)
