Dimapur, May 26: The Thenyizumi Students Union (TSU) has requested Network Service Providers in Chetheba Circle under Chozuba sub-division, Phek district, to deliver improved facility for the sake of the student community.
A press release from the union on Wednesday reminded that the online NU under-graduate exam is schedule to start from May 27, a month-long process requiring uninterrupted internet connectivity.
However, of late it has been observed that there is poor network service and the irregularities of service providers are a matter of much concern for the student community, it stated.
Also, the TSU raised the issue of hardship faced by students with the ongoing online classes due to digital divide coupled with poor connectivity.
