Dimapur, August 9: Under the aegis of Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Kohima, the Food Safety Wing (FSSAI) conducted a one-day training for hotel, restaurant and home-based product operators on FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) on at Hotel Japfu on August 7.
A press release on Monday informed that Dr. John Kemp, SPO, in his keynote address, said the training was first of its kind. The technical session was taken up by trainer Sanjay Kale from Kai Vanjibaba Gramin Vikas Mandal, Nasik, Maharashtra, it informed. (Page News Service)
