The Council of Nagalim Churches (CNC) praises the Almighty God for having answered the humble prayers of the Nagas by granting one of the most beautiful days to the Nagas to come and worship together before God as one people. It was because of the love of God and people’s cooperation and support, the CNC could successfully host the PRAYER SUMMIT, a Prayer Program for the Nation, held on the 25th October 2018 at Agri Expo, 4th Mile, Dimapur. We are thankful to Him without bound.
The CNC, in partnership with all the Denominational Heads under the Nagaland Joint Christian Forum (NJCF) gives its profound appreciation and gratitude to all the participants of the program who came from far and near bearing all the pains in order to pray for the nation and the people. By the grace of God, the Prayer Summit saw a mammoth turnout of around four thousand (4000) believers and worshippers of God from every nook and corner of Nagalim. We are grateful to each and every Nagas and well wishers of the Nagas who have prayed and supported with resources for the success of the Prayer Summit. We thanked the Media Fraternity too for giving wide publicity and coverage of the Prayer Summit.
We also thanked the volunteers and ushers from UT-1 led by CAO and Secretary, The Widows of Naga Freedom Fighters, Secretaries of GPRN and the Security Personnel from Naga Army for the tremendous service they had rendered.
A special thanks is being Extended to the Nagaland Government, Chief Minister Rio and his colleagues, the former CM. T.R. Zeliang and his colleagues, Agri Department, Police Department, Medical Department who came and provided health service for free to the devotees and the Forum for Reconciliation (FNR) for their support towards the success of the program.
A special thanks to the Collective Leadership, Vice Chairman, Gen. (Retd) Kholi Konyak, the General Secretary, Mr. Th. Muivah, and the Members, the Home authorities headed by the Steering Committee Convener, Mr. Rh. Raising and the Kilo Kilonser, Mr. Hukavi Yeptho.
A very special thanks to the Physical Arrangement Committee Members headed by Kilonser Kihoto Yepthomi for the tremendous works done for the success of the program.
And to the Churches and individual house holders who welcome and hosted several guests in their places on their own expenses in order to make the prayer summit a meaningful one.
We would like to say “thank you: to the Moderators, Choirs, Artists, Speakers, Prayer Ministers and Minister of the Affirmation.
Your service are commendable beyond words and we hope all is acceptable to God who made it happened. We believe, the Lord will graciously answer our prayers in due time. Let us fix our eyes on Him and pursue together until we achieve our goals. Let us join our hearts and work together to realize the decision we have made together, the “Action Plan.”
At last but not the least, The CNC regrets and seeks pardon from the people whose names we are not able to mention in this thank you note. We know they deserve our appreciation. Again, if there is any inconvenience caused to any worshipper at the Prayer Summit, we humbly tender our apology for your forgiveness.
In the conclusion, allow us to say, Your continued cooperation and support is ever anticipated by the CNC.
