Dimapur, December 16: The 2nd edition of the Tesen Super League started on December 15 with HA of the Election Office, Peren, Aro Zeliang as the special guest.
He said that hard work is the key element to excel in every activity and lauded the organising committee for promoting sports at grassroots level in Tesen area.
The tournament was officially declared open by the special guest in the presence of village elders and tournament board officials.
In the opening match, defending champions, Rising FC of New Tesen defeated Mbaulwa FC 2-0 with goals from Namzuyibe Putlang and Kesangrangbe Putlang. (Page News Service)
