BHOPAL, December 13: Congress leader and former minister Raja Pateria was arrested from his residence in Damoh district on Tuesday in connection with his alleged, “Modi murder” remarks by Panna police. A day before on Monday, a case was registered against Pateria at Pawai police station in Panna district under sections 451, 504, 505 (1) (B), 505 (1)( C), 506, 153-B (1) (C ) of Indian penal code.
