Many ILP violators detected in Mizoram: Police

Aizawl, April 20: A large number of people from other states have illegally entered Mizoram and are currently staying in the northeastern state without valid Inner Line Permit (ILP), a senior police officer said on Wednesday. Shillong, March 14: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Monday informed the assembly that the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) is examining the demand for the implementation of Inner Line Permit (ILP) in the northeastern state.
