State PAG informs retired Govt employees

Dimapur, September 3: The office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Kohima, Nagaland has informed all retired State Government officers/officials that pension cases settled for the months of May and June 2020 and GPF final payment cases settled for the months of April, May, June and July 2020 have been uploaded on its website. Pensioners may log on to the office website at www.agnagaland.gov.in by clicking at facilitation and ‘Pension’ or ‘GPF’ facilitation.
The PAG regretted that due to the crashing of the pension server and the COVID-19 lockdown measures in various parts of the country caused delay in restoration of the server and settlement of pension cases.
The office also informed all State Government officials that a “Grievances Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions” has been constituted with the following members: Joseph K A, Sr. Accounts Officer (9436216580), email:- agnagaland@cag.gov.in (for pension related matters); Arup Roy, Sr. Accounts Officer (9436601437), email:- agnagaland@cag.gov.in n( for Gazetted Entitlement related matters); Akum Chuba, Sr. Accounts Officer (9436005112), email:- agnagaland@cag.gov.in ( for GPF related matters).
Aggrieved pensioners or Government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested to write directly to Uttam Chanda, Deputy Accountant General (A&E) via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee.
All Heads of the Departments have been requested to forward pension cases after MACP are granted wherever applicable, so that inconvenience of revising pension at a later stage is avoided. (Page News Service)
