DIMAPUR, JANUARY 18: The office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) has informed all retired state government officers/officials that pension cases settled for December 2020 and GPF final payment cases settled for December 2020 have been uploaded to its official website.
Pensioners may log on to www.cag.gov.in/ae/nagaland/en by clicking at GPF final payment settled cases and pension authorization at home page, it informed.
Also, all state government officials have been informed that a ‘grievances redressal and feedback committee for entitlement functions’ has been constituted with the following members: Joseph KA, Sr. Accounts Officer; Arup Roy, Sr. Accounts Officer; and Akum Chuba, Sr. Accounts Officer.
Aggrieved pensioners or government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested to write directly to Uttam Chanda, Deputy Accountant General (A& E) via e-mail at chanda.u@cag.gov.in or agaenagaland@cag.gov.in or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the grievance redressal and feedback committee.
All Heads of the departments have been requested to provide mobile numbers of retirees in their pension application form and GPF final payment application form for receiving SMS service regarding status of their pension and GPF final payment.
