State BJP delegation calls on Rijiju

Dimapur, April 23: A State BJP delegation led by Deputy Chief Minister Y Patton Monday called on Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju at his resident New Delhi.
In the meeting, the Deputy CM and his delegation emphasised on the need to bring all round development with investment in infrastructure and economic growth with special focus on the road connectivity to all major district in the State.
The team also expressed strong desire of the people of Nagaland for lasting peace and the need to bring on early political solution through the ongoing political dialogue and peace process.
In reply, the MoS Home assured to give his best to help the State in all the possible ways and means for the interest of Nagaland and North-East Region of the country.
