Dimapur, July 31: A skill development training on construction sector culminated at town hall, Pughoboto on July 30.
MLA, Y Vikheho Swu urged the trainees to be honest in their trade. He said that the people in the State are not well developed in terms of skills due to lack of vision, planning and sole dependency on government initiatives.
Dy. Director, ESDE, Zubemo Lotha Tsanglao, acknowledged the MLA and the administration for the initiative to conduct the training in the sub division. Tsanglao encouraged the trainees to make best use of the skills learned during training.
He said that people should not shy away from using their skills and encouraged them saying that people in advanced countries do their own works by themselves.
The trainees also received tools and certificates, which were handed over by the MLA. Altogether, 50 people took part in the training. (Page News Service)
