Dimapur, August 14: In view of the 74th Independence Day celebration to be held at DDSC stadium Dimapur on Saturday, Deputy Commissioner Dimapur, Rajesh Soundararajan IAS has directed all shops, which are otherwise permitted to open under Dimapur District, to remain closed till 12 Noon for smooth conduct of the I-Day programme.
