Dimapur, September 5: The State Bank of India, Kohima branch celebrated Teacher’s Day with Riizhiikhrie Government Higher Secondary School, Kohima by felicitating outstanding teachers.
Vice-Principal of the School, Sedengunuo Mary Solo expressed her appreciation to SBI for first of its kind that a Bank has honoured the School which is recorded as the oldest Government High School in the State having established in the year 1941.
The teachers facilitated by the Bank were Mhiesitsono, Kevingulie Sote, Martina Sekhose and Lucy Thong.
SBI was represented by AGM, Besii Bosco, Vikeduo Metha, Resource Officer and Kekhrievonuo Ciesotsu, Field Officer.
On the occasion, the Bank officials briefed the teachers on various banking facilities available to them such as SB collect (online fee collection for school), Xpress Credit, Car loan, Housing loan, online insta credit, instant digital account opening, mobile app YONO SBI, insurance and mutual fund schemes. Various concessions available to teachers under State Government Salary Package MOU signed between the Government of Nagaland and SBI in the year 2018 were highlighted which includes among other things; free account minimum balance charge, free ATM charge, free RTGS/NEFT/draft charges, free accidental death insurance cover, 50% concession on loan processing charges, etc. (Page News Service)
