Dimapur, February 27: Reverend Father Siby John, Parish Priest of St Francis Xavier, Kidima, under Diocese of Kohima, offered thanksgiving Holy Mass by Jubilian including Reverend Father Jacob, Parish Priest, St George Forane Church, Amboory, Trivandrum, Kerala ( Fr Siby John hometown Parish) at Kidima on February 26.
A press release informed that Fr Thomas congratulated Fr Siby John for completing 25 years of priesthood. Fr Cyprian Lobo, in the introductory note, said that Fr Siby John would be historic for St Francis Xavier Parish as the first priest to celebrate jubilee.
Fr Siby John was posted in different parishes, schools as Parish Priest and principal and taught in St Joseph’s College as lecturer. He’s also a member of Bar Council of North East India.
Short felicitation after Holy Mass, followed by fellowship, meal were the highlights of the day-long celebration.
