Red Cross office inaugurated at Chumoukedima

Dimapur, June 29: The office of the Chumoukedima Red Cross Society was officially inaugurated at the DC office complex today.
The office was officially inaugurated by Abeni TCK Lotha, Chairman of Nagaland Branch IRCS, and welcome address was delivered by Vekuto Swu, Treasurer Chumoukedima District branch IRCS.
Speech was given by Abhinav Shivam IAS, DC and president Chumoukedima District Branch IRCS, where he stressed on the need and importance of Red Cross in the society.
A special number was presented by the youth Red Cross Patkai Christian College.
Keynote address was delivered by Akhale v khamo, general secretary Nagaland Branch IRCS
Abeni TCK Lotha, chairman Nagaland Branch IRCS, exhorted on the importance of humanitarian work in this present world, and also how a Red Cross Society functions.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks from Mhiesitsolie Khate, General secretary Chumoukedima District branch IRCS.
Meanwhile, the newly formed Indian Red Cross Society Chumoukedima district branch comprises of Vichutuolie Mere as chairman; K Naben-vice-chariman; Mhiesitsolie. Khate-general secretary; Vekuto. Swu-treasurer; and Keviyato Whiso,
Bendangchuba Ao, Sedevikho Tsukru, Kuzuto Yepthomi, Niuto Chishi, Khrietuo Yhoshu,
Talimeren Imsong, and Dr. Prem Kumar, members of Managing Committee.
