Dimapur, July 29: Officers and Staff of the Directorate of Rural Development have expressed shock at the untimely demise of Uttam Kumar on July 26. Uttam Kumar joined the Directorate of Rural Development on November 1, 1988 as Driver and since his appointment he performed his duties with utmost sincerely and diligently.
Stating that the void created by his sudden death would be difficult to fill up, the officers and staff said the contributions made by Lt. Uttam Kumar would be remembered forever.
The Officers and staff of the Directorate of RD express our deepest sorrow and sympathy to the bereaved family members of Lt. Uttam Kumar.
Meanwhile, the Drivers Union under the Directorate of Rural Development have expressed grief at the demise of its member, Late Uttam Kumar on July 26.
The Union acknowledged the contributions rendered to the Department, particularly the Driver’s Union by late Uttam Kumar and also remembers the times spent together during the 30 years he served as Driver in the Department.
The members of the Union conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family members.
