Local items made of bamboo such as basket, ball, plates, mat, etc will be utilized in the process of their education so that they can uphold their local dialect while acquiring modern education.
The idea is to promote and preserve our local and cultural heritage while learning new things. It is a low cost but a practical process of teaching and learning. The “vegetable donation box” at the Anganwadi centre is also an innovative way of receiving healthy and organic vegetables and fruits from local donors which can be used to provide mid-day meals to children.
