Dimaour, January 26: Zeliangrong Civil Organizations (ZCOs) comprising of ZeliangrongBaudi, Zeliangrong Youth Front and Zeliangrong Students Union organized the 107th birth anniversary of Rani Gaidinliu at Sangaiprou Village Community Hall, Imphal, Manipur. The programme was attended by village elders, women’s leaders, various civil society organizations leaders, youths and students leaders, former Zeliangrong organizations’ leaders and well wishers.
RWOD: The Rongmei Women Organization Dimapur also observed 107th Birth Anniversary of Padma Bhushan Rani Gaidinliu at Rongmei customary court, Chungaigaizaeng, Burma Camp.
In the programme, Chingkhiulung Gonmei, President, Rongmei Council Nagaland spoke on the life of Rani Gaidinliu and her freedom struggle.
