Dimapur, April 12: DC & DEO Peren, Sarita Yadav, IAS convened a meeting on April 12 for pre-scrutiny of documents related to 17th Lok Sabha Election held at 6-Tening and 7-Peren Assembly segments in presence of representatives from different political parties, ADC &ARO Peren, Micro Observer, nodal officers for training management and expenditure monitoring and AEO, Peren.
The DC congratulated all the members present for the successful conduct of the election which was conducted under peaceful atmosphere. The average voting percentage for Peren District was 69.27%. Representatives of political parties present scrutinized different documents related to the election and expressed their satisfaction and accepted the various report presented by the presiding officers Micro-Observer and the Sector Officers.
