Poumai Naga Hoho condemns

Dimapur, July 6: The Poumai Naga Hoho, Nagaland, has expressed shock and anger at what it stated was the barbaric act of unknown miscreants on June 30 at Pherima where five persons were looted in broad daylight.
In a statement, the organisation condemned “the inhuman act” meted out to the Chairman of Khodom Khavü Village and the occupants of the car by hijacking the vehicle and looting valuable items and cash money.
“The Hoho request the law executing agencies of the State to expedite in nabbing the culprits which will be justice delivered to the victims and the prompt action will pave ways for preventing such crimes in future too. The Hoho express our deepest sympathy and concern to the people of our Poumai Naga community who have gone through the ordeals of the miscreants on that fateful day”, it added.
