Dimapur, February 14: District Welfare Officer of Peren, I Tsungrosongla Ao has informed that pension under NSAP Scheme for six months for beneficiaries under non-DBT list will be disbursed through cash payment.
The schedule is: Jalukie on February 7, Peren on February 10, Tening on February 13, Athibung on February 16 and Nsong on February 17.
She informed all the beneficiaries under NSAP Scheme to bring photocopy of Aadhaar and bank account; ‘all widow pensioners’ have been asked to compulsorily produce a letter from the local priest or pastor declaring the beneficiary as a widow.
Also, beneficiaries falling under “all disabled scheme” including (NSAP) and State should produce a copy of “disable certificate and UDID”. (Page News Service)
