
Dimapur, October 2: Gracing the 1st Penalty Shootout Tournament organized by Jalukie Town Youth Organisation (JTYO) at GHSS Ground, Jalukie Town as Special Guest, Kuchi Rangkau Zeliang, a businessman by profession, spoke on the importance of sports in the society particularly for the youth community.
While maintaining that a penalty shoot is the most crucial and important part of soccer, he said that life is like a penalty shoot and “if you miss it, there is no second prize.”
He encouraged the youths to have a sober mind and to stay away from intoxicants like drugs, alcohol which are bad for health.
Earlier, the program was chaired by Adi, General Secretary of JTYO and Heindibe Kulim, President of Kingdom Stewards invoked God’s blessings. While a welcome speech was delivered by Akosi, President of JTYO; the vote of thanks was concluded by Hadi, President of JTYO.
A special song was also presented by Reguilule.
