Dimapur, March 14: The Principal Accountant General (A&E) Nagaland has informed all retired State Government officers/officials that pension and GPF final payment cases settled for the month of November, December 2018 and January, February 2019 with date of dispatch/date of handing over to nodal officer of concerned departments have been uploaded on the PAG Nagaland website. Pensioners may log on to the office web-site at www.agnagaland.gov.in by clicking at facilitation and pension or GPF facilitation. The list has also been put up for display at the Public Relation Cell and can be viewed on any working days during office hours.
The PAG also informed all State Government officials that a “Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee for Entitlement Functions” has been constituted with the following members: Joseph KA, Sr. Accounts Officer (9436216580), e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org for pension related matters and Arup Roy, Sr. Accounts Officer (9436601437), e-mail: email@example.com for gazetted entitlement matters and Akum Chuba, Sr.Accounts Officer (9436005112), e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org for GPF related matters.
Aggrieved pensioners or Government officials facing genuine problems with regard to settlement of any entitlement benefits have been requested again to write directly to the Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Uttam Chanda via e-mail at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org or through a handwritten letter. They may also contact the Grievance Redressal and Feedback Committee.
All Heads of the Departments have been requested to forward pension cases after MACP are granted wherever applicable, so that inconveniences of revising the pension again at the later stage is avoided.
The PAG further informed that except Wednesday, all other days will be observed as public interview days. Public interview timing will be 11 am to 1.30 pm. (Page News Service)
