
KOHIMA, DECEMBER 4: Over 56,000 tourists, including 19,393 visitors today, have witnessed the first four days of the 23rd edition of Hornbill Festival of Nagaland organized at the picturesque Naga Heritage village, Kisama.
A total of 56,975 visitors including 38,272 locals, 17,077 domestic tourists and 626 foreigners have thronged Kisama during the first four days of the 10-day long festival, said Deputy Director Toka E Tuccumi in a statistics issued here today.
He said that Sunday has seen the highest footfall with 19,393 visitors – 13,568 locals, 5,739 domestic and 86 tourists.
The lowest of the four days was 11,095 visitors on December 2, he said.
