Dimapur, September 19: Sports Officer Tseminyu, Zhopovi Zecho has informed all sports enthusiast under Tseminyu District that the District Sports Office Tseminyu will be conducting open trial/selection for Table Tennis and football for players U-14 (Boys & Girls) to be inducted in Khelo India Centre at Baptist Hr. Sec. School Tseminyu (Table Tennis) & Vanguard Academy Khelo India Centre (Football).
In the discipline of Table Tennis U-14 (Boys & Girls) open trial/Selection will be held on September 23 at 10 am at Baptist Hr.Sec.School Tseminyu. For further information one can contact 6009827937.
In the discipline of football U-14 (Boys & Girls) open trial/ selection will take place on September 30 at 10 am in RSA Ground Tseminyu Old Town. For further information oen can contact 8259011373.
Criteria for the selection trail will be players below 14 years of age. Original Adhaar card must be produced during the selection.
DSO also informed that it will be conducting Tseminyu District Inter High School Tournament in the discipline of Sepaktakraw Regu event cum selection trail for Sepaktakraw both Boys and Girls (Regu Event) at 10 am on September 30 at Indoor Stadium Tseminyu.
Interested players under Tseminyu District have been requested to collect forms at the District Sports Office, Kohima, IG Road starting from September 20 onwards during office hours.
Five players from both Boys and Girls will be selected during the tournament to represent Tseminyu District in the upcoming State Level Inter High School Tournament Sepaktakraw (Regu Event) which will be held from October 16 to 19 at IG Stadium Kohima.
