Open Penalty Shootout held

Dimapur, April 3: Twenty teams participated from different churches, Clubs and villages in the One Day Open Penalty Shootout organised by Sinai Ministry in aid of its upcoming R5 Sinai Ministry Leadership School at DDSC Stadium on Tuesday.
The final competition was between The Flying Ducks FC and Youngsters FC. The winner declared was the Flying Ducks FC who were awarded a cash prize of Rs 35,000 sponsored by Barak Football Club and gift vouchers sponsored by Anytime Fitness.
The Runners Up Youngsters FC were awarded a cash prize of Rs 20,000 and gift vouchers sponsored by Anytime Fitness.
The Goalkeeper of the Flying Ducks FC was declared the Best Goalkeeper and awarded a cash prize of Rs 3,000 and gift vouchers sponsored by Anytime Fitness.
The shootout started with a prayer from Tali Angh and closing prayer was made by Pastor Wabang Longchari. Well-known guitarist of Lord of Rock band, Toshimoa also performed a special number at the closing ceremony.
The One Day Penalty Shootout was jointly sponsored by G-Sports, Anytime Fitness and Barak Football Club. (Page News Service)
