Dear Madam,
It was good to see Dimapur Municipal Council finally cleaning the drains on Wednesday. Had the DMC strictly instructed the people not to throw garbage and check themselves, while also imposing fines on defaulters, this will continue. Infact all drains in Dimapur town are clogged with plastic bottles and garbage, which causes water to overflow on roads. Such practice of dumping garbage must be stopped.
