Dear Madam,
The Nagaland Power Department’s excuse for load-shedding in the state does not give full explanation of the power-cuts which people face throughout the year. It is understood that power consumption during the Summer months is more, but load-shedding and frequent power cuts are experienced throughout the year. Various reasons are given for load-shedding on different occasions, but ultimately the public suffers even after paying the power bills.
