On inspections of kitchens in bakeries

+100%-

Dear Madam,
The recent inspections of the state of kitchens in different bakeries in Dimapur by the responsible authorities and thereby the measures taken to curb the unhygienic practices was a welcome step and such actions should become more common so that the bakery and restaurant owners are forced to change themselves. People in Nagaland often have no idea how hygienic or unhygienic the foods they eat are prepared. Another thing that should happen is that the government should come up with some measure to control the prices of foods in cafes and restaurants as it is often observed that people are charges extravagant costs for their foods.
