On ill-practices by telecom companies

Dear Madam,
It is frustrating to find that the telecom companies are now resorting to ill-practices to take money out of people’s pockets. Over the last few weeks, I have noticed that a particular telecom company has been charging people money without any prior notice by just activating random services and later blaming it on the customers. It is time that the consumers must register as many complaint as possible with the grievances cells against such practices and teach the companies a lesson.
