On conventional degrees becoming obsolete

Dear Madam,
In a time when the conventional degrees are becoming quickly redundant, Nagaland needs to move ahead with the rest of the world and evolve in the educational sector by establishing more institutions providing unconventional degrees which would equip the students to find proper employment or even to self-employ. The conventional degrees not only are only good for clerical jobs, but the clerical jobs are also not enough to solve the employment crisis that the state is suffering from.
