Rains have started in Dimapur, which means people commuting on GS Road Dimapur are going to face lots of problems. The dilapidated condition of roads and water logging makes it worse for people to ply their vehicles on this particular road and the worst sufferers are pedestrians who face difficulty in crossing the road during rainy season. Unfortunately, the concerned authorities have turned blind to the plight of the citizens till day.
