Dimapur, December 19: Nkio Village Students Union celebrated silver jubilee under the theme ”Strive for brighter future” on December 17 at GMS campus, Old Nkio Village, under Tening Sub-Division, with Advisor for Water Resource, Namri Nchang as the special guest.
The Advisor unveiled the jubilee monolith while dedication was done by Rev. Hairei Pame.
Namri Nchang urged the students community to confidently face the challenges that comes their way since they are living in a competitive world. He called upon the members present to embrace peace, harmony and kindness and with renewed spirit the people from the village should achieve more success.
He said hard work, dedication and determination are the essence of a successful life and urged the students to strive for excellence for a brighter future.
The programe was compered by Obed Newme and Kisamzaile while presidential address and concluding remark was delivered by Dr Pauzieleubo and Dr Kubamleubo.
