NSVDBA urges RD Minister to resolve DRDA strike

Dimapur, September 12: The Nagaland State Village Development Board Association (NSVDBA) met Minister for Rural Development (RD), Metsubo Jamir on August 27, where in the Union apprises upon him to resolve the strike called by DRDA in the districts of Nagaland.
The NSVDBA appreciated the Minister for RD in bringing an amicable solution to the strike called by Department of Rural Development Agency (DRDA) by executing his able leadership in resolving the issue for the welfare of the 1,242 Villages in Nagaland.
The Association further acknowledged the DRDA for heeding to the appeal made by the association by calling off the strike for addressing the grievances of the 1,242 Villages in the state, even though there demand were not fully accorded.
The association bestowed the trust upon the department to work hand in hand to the best interest of the rural people of the state. (Page News Service)
