DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 5: The NSCN/GPRN (Reformation) has reiterated that it will continue to uphold the sanctity of Christian principles and will “never seek or ask for any Christmas & New Year’s donations”.
“And this year too is no exception,” it declared in a press release issued by its MIP, adding Christmas/New Year is a time for giving and not taking, and also to share equal joy, love and peace.
Stating that these principles are reminded to its cadres/members during “remedial and political classes”, and any such incidents are most likely to be “imposters, masquerading as NSCN (R)”, the release, however, warned that if any of its cadres are found involved in such activities and bringing bad disrepute, they will be strictly dealt with an iron hand.
The NSCN (R) also requested all concerned to immediately report any such activities to the competent authority(s) without any hesitation.
The NSCN (R) also wished all a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
