NSCN (R) justifies expulsion of army chief

Dimapur, December 27: The GHQ Naga Army NSCN/ GPRN – Reformation has justifies the expulsion of its army chief Jackson and reaffirmed to support the right step taken by the government to throw him out from high position in the military set-up to save the face of the Naga Army.
In a release, the MIP NSCN (R) said the army headquarter regretted that Jackson “was wrong choice to be the chief of the Army whose acts de-faced the Naga Army institution.”
The GHQ appealed all Naga army and civil members to cut-off any form of relationship with Jackson.
The GHQ further warned Jackson to return two arms taken away by him; least action will be taken in appropriate time. It also informed that if Jackson joins other Naga group, the group should not take it as challenge “if action is taken on Jackson as his issue will remain to be a separate chapter.”
“The relationship among all Naga group will continue unshakably but
Jackson’s issue will be operational,” it said.
The NSCN (R) also appealed all GoI agencies to sever relationship from Jackson. However, the NSCN/ GPRN-Reformation will continue to maintain cordial relationship with all agencies, it informed.
