NSCN (R) condoles

Dimapur, July 29: President, NSCN (Reformation), Y Wangtin Naga through MIP expressed tremendous pain at the sudden and unfortunate demise of late Lemba Konyak, CCM/Tatar (Central Council Member) on July 29, after a prolonged illness.
Late Lemba joined the Naga National Movement in 2015 and through his sheer conviction and dedication was inducted into CCM/Tatar and was one of the signatory in signing Ceasefire agreement with GoI.
Though his stint as a National Worker was short, yet his contributions were unparalleled, peerless and unfathomable, who possessed patriotic spirit in his own right, the MIP stated.
Stating that the nation has lost a gallant and a promising leader who had the potential to lead and uphold the peoples’ dreams and aspirations, which has caused a huge void to the NSCN (R) in particular and the Nagas in general, the President further envoked God’s grace to rest his soul in eternal peace and also prayed that the Good Lord provide solace to his family members and friends during their time of grief.
