Dimapur, December 7: Security Forces in a joint operation with police representative apprehended 2 cadres of NSCN (Khango) from general area Kezieke Market, Kohima on December 6.
An Assam Rifles release informed that based on specific input, Security Forces along with police launched an operation and apprehended two cadres of NSCN (Khango) who were involved in extortion activities in Kezieke Market area, and recovered 5 extortion slips and Rs 6,160 in cash from their possession.
The apprehended cadres along with the recovered items were handed over to Kohima North Police Station for further investigation. (Page News Service)
