NSCN (IM) to observe Naga I-Day


Dimapur, August 12: The NSCN/GPRN has informed all its members (both in the civil & military set ups) other than those on duty at battalions, brigades, region offices & on command missions to join in commemorating the 72nd Independence Day of Nagalim at the Council Head Quarters, Hebron on August 14 at 10 am.
In the programme, the presidential speech will be read out by the Kilo Kilonser, who will unfurl the Naga National flag. Special features of the programme include the Naga Army drill display by the General Field Training Headquarters (GFTHq) and special numbers by the children from the Orphanage School & mothers (wives) from the Widows’ Federation (NFFWWF) of the GPRN.
There will be Independence Day feast too to mark the day.
Meanwhile the GPRN has wished every peace & freedom loving Naga brethren spread across 120,000 kilometers Naga aboriginal habitat in the tri-junction of India, China & Myanmar a happy Independence Day. (Page News Service)
