NSCN (IM) budget session begins


Dimapur, March 23: The Tatar Hoho Budget Session 2018-2019 of GPRN began today with a silent prayer in remembrance of martyrs led by Rev Seksim Kasar, general secretary, CNC, followed by the reading of the Tatar Hoho Budget Session speech of the vice-president by Rh. Raising, convener of Steering Committee, NSCN.
The vice-president conveyed that the Government requires financial stability for optimum functioning, for which appropriate budget is essential. He said that in order to have financial stability, we ought to learn the art of spending less/smart money management without compromising the necessities.
The VP urged the members of the House, in view of the scarce resources, to make appropriate policies and strategies so that maximum work is accomplished with minimum spending.
Financial instability should not be allowed to cause the downfall of the Nation, he said and urged NSCN members to be diplomatic, honest, respectful and considerate while dealing with Naga people.
